England Banner

There have been a lot of questions about this, but I thought I would just post it. I got the idea because I was trying make an animated banner for some weird reason, and this picture of England was the only one that looked reasonably usable. I do not, however, have some strange fixation with her. Or do I? Mwhahhahahaha!
