2006 and the Flan-That-Wasn't

Gosh, I know you're sick of hearing about Firefly stuff, but this is just crazy. Okay, so there's this Firefly Con called Flanvention, right? And so, it's been going on for a couple of years, and this year it was supposed to be cancelled. But Nathan Fillion, Adam Baldwin, Alan Tudyk, and some others from the show, show up anyway, and they party in the bar of the hotel that the con was supposed to be in. Like, Alan Tudyk wasn't even supposed to be there, cause he was filiming a movie. But this guys (and some others) show up anyway, just to chill with the fans. And Nathan even brings a box of random stuff out his closet that he gives away as presents and there's nothing special about them, they're just his. I just love the fact that they're so awesome with the fans, and they know that a lot of people have put they're lives on hold so they can go to this con. nobody even knew it was cancelled until last week. It's just another in a long list of reasons that I think Browncoats are the greatest fans in the world, and those that we admire and look up to, couldn't be cooler if they tried.
